Senior Desktop Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Desktop Engineer to design, build, and support MacOS and Windows 11 platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a large fleet of MacOS and Windows devices
• Package applications and secure operating systems while ensuring compliance with security standards
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and analyze data to improve system performance

Required Qualifications

• Expert level knowledge managing MacOS devices with Jamf or Kandji
• Expert level knowledge of Intune and application packaging
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, and PowerShell scripting
• Experience in managing several thousand endpoints in a medium or large enterprise
• Significant experience with solution delivery from design through post-project support
