Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement compensation and bonus strategies for the enterprise
- Develop and communicate comprehensive benefits programs aligned with company values
- Serve as a subject matter expert for regulatory compliance of total rewards programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; minimum of 8 years of compensation experience and management required
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in HR) preferred
- Professional HR certifications such as CCP, SHRM-CP, PHR, or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Proven experience in managing a team with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits
- Strong analytical skills and experience in planning and process improvements
