Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement compensation and bonus strategies for the enterprise
  • Develop and communicate comprehensive benefits programs aligned with company values
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for regulatory compliance of total rewards programs


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; minimum of 8 years of compensation experience and management required
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in HR) preferred
  • Professional HR certifications such as CCP, SHRM-CP, PHR, or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Proven experience in managing a team with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in planning and process improvements
