Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Education Director, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and delivers technical training and educational materials for Recovery Partner personnel and employees involved in donor screening and tissue recovery
- Monitors and reports key quality indicators for Recovery Partners to assist in their quality improvement processes
- Performs audits of Recovery Partners to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Nursing, Physician's Assistant, or a relevant area of study, or equivalent experience
- 4 years of experience in human tissue banking, including screening, donor evaluation, and tissue recovery
- Proficient in aseptic tissue recovery and knowledgeable of cGTPs and federal regulations related to HCT/Ps
- Experience with virtual platforms for educational content delivery
- PC literacy with experience in MS Office Suite applications
