Senior Engineer, External Loads

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer, External Loads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop airframe design loads based on certification requirements
• Perform design loads analysis using commercial and in-house tools
• Support planning and execution of experimental testing activities

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in a relevant technical discipline
• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or equivalent field
• Experience with FAR Part 23 and Part 25 Certification
• Experience in transonic aircraft aerodynamics and static aeroelasticity
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux, C/C++, Matlab, VBA, 3DX, Femap, Nastran, and Python
