Senior Fraud Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Fraud Analyst to detect and disrupt fraudulent activities in loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assign flagged loan applications during the verification and funding stages
• Analyze large data sets to detect trends and suggest mitigation strategies for suspicious activities
• Conduct fraud reviews and manage real-time queues using fraud detection tools

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of fraud experience in a financial institution
• Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and make independent decisions
• Experience in conducting fraud dispute reviews and quality control
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Experience with credit unions and knowledge of loan accounting principles is a plus
