Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Go-to-Market Strategy Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize go-to-market effectiveness opportunities across multiple business unit teams
- Lead go-to-market effectiveness initiatives in collaboration with local business unit teams
- Develop performance metrics and track the impact of go-to-market effectiveness initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Strategy, or Finance
- 8-12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations
- Deep understanding of Sales Operations, including KPI design, planning, and incentive plan execution
- Proficiency in CRM design and management, including process mapping and reporting
- Experience with relational databases and ability to analyze CRM data
