Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive rapid, iterative improvements to People programs, systems, and service models across HR and IT
  • Own and run a portfolio of improvement initiatives in partnership with embedded collaborators across various teams

Required Qualifications
  • 6 - 10+ years of experience in HR operations, business operations, or People Tech
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and driving work through others
  • Demonstrated success in implementing HR automation and AI-enabled workflows
  • Familiarity with common HR processes and systems like Workday and Greenhouse
  • Blend of consulting and in-house experience in leading HR transformation projects
