Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to its Technology and Analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee talent development and retention strategies for the Technology and Analytics departments
  • Lead performance evaluation processes to enhance employee performance and career growth
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related business field
  • 5+ years of experience as an HRBP, with 3+ years in direct Tech and Analytics support
  • Experience working with a workforce of 400-500 employees
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws or experience with outside counsel
  • Familiarity with tools such as Lattice, Rippling & ChangeEngine is a plus
