Qualifications:

- Proven ability to manage HRBPs and provide strategic leadership to senior management
- Strong expertise in employee relations, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in designing scalable HR systems and leveraging technology for operational excellence
- Track record of setting performance metrics/KPIs to drive accountability and results
