Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, HR Systems & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems, ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting issues
- Conduct data audits and support HRIS projects, including system upgrades and integrations
- Analyze HR metrics and automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR Systems, Analytics, or Payroll, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience in HRIS system administration, with a preference for UKG Pro & WFM
- Strong data analysis skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of payroll processes and experience in ensuring compliance
- HRIS certifications (UKG, Workday) are a plus
