Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Systems (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the HR Systems owner accountable for Workday and other HR Systems
- Drive and support the design, development, and implementation of HR Systems solutions
- Lead global People Technology projects and manage workload from multiple projects
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of Workday or related HR systems experience
- Expert experience in Workday areas such as Integrations, Benefits, and Payroll
- Strong understanding of global HR processes, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Proficient in project management framework and execution
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global setting
