Senior Instructional Designer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer & Developer to join their Learning and Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create coursework for employee, customer, and partner product enablement
- Design and implement innovative product education programs
- Develop comprehensive training materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in corporate training, preferably in a SaaS for B2B organization
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with eLearning development, particularly using Articulate Rise360
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LMS administration
- Expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning approaches
- Demonstrated ability to design engaging eLearning programs
