Senior Lighting Artist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lighting Artist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry lighting of environment spaces through from pre-production to final polish
• Help manage and ensure the integrity of lighting on all assets
• Troubleshoot and solve lighting production issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Lighting Artist in video game development, with at least one shipped AAA title
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expert use of light, color, value, and composition
• Deep understanding of lighting principles and real-time lighting pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5 and related lighting workflows
• Strong technical aptitude in HDR, PBR, and photographic lighting fundamentals
