Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Logistics Analyst, Small Parcel.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer success activities to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Collaborate with Carrier Relations to meet service capabilities and performance standards
• Monitor business metrics and assist with customer inquiries to maintain high service levels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
• 2+ years of small parcel experience required
• 2 - 4 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Transportation, or Logistics preferred
• Background knowledge of parcel carriers and logistics preferred
• Data analytics experience with Excel proficiency preferred
