Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery and operations of conferencing capabilities including technology, collaboration tools, and platforms
- Oversee strategic collaboration projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery protocols for conferencing technology
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; master's degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT managing conferencing and streaming platforms
- Experience in modernizing conference room technology across global sites
- Strong operational management experience with conferencing tools such as WebEx and MS Teams
- Proficient in the latest technology for IT systems and management
