Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Benefits to oversee the development and management of global benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a global benefits strategy aligned with company goals and employee needs
  • Manage annual benefits renewals, program enhancements, and vendor transitions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage the global benefits budget for cost optimization


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of international benefits experience with multi-national companies
  • Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience with HRIS/Benefits Systems
  • Strong analytical skills in benefits management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
