Required Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with 4+ years of management experience and 10+ years of industry experience
• Proven expertise in GPU and AI accelerator architectures
• Deep knowledge of deep learning and AI, especially in large-scale training workloads
• Experience in performance analysis and familiarity with profiling tools for complex AI systems
• Demonstrated success in managing technical teams and a passion for talent development
