Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Healthcare Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives
- Serve as a strategic domain contact and manage stakeholder expectations, requirements gathering, and user adoption
- Mentor and manage a team of analysts while ensuring alignment of deliverables with business needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and large databases
- Experience with SQL and other coding languages for data management
- Preferred knowledge of business intelligence tools like Microsoft PowerBI
- Experience in change management processes and procedures preferred
