Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Vendor Management & Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Vendor and Procurement team, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Oversee vendor performance, compliance, and conduct audits to ensure adherence to procurement policies
- Negotiate contracts and assess vendor risks while driving initiatives for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field with 10+ years of experience, including 6-8+ years in vendor management
- Strong expertise in negotiation, contract management, and compliance
- Proficiency in procurement software and vendor risk assessment tools
- Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in leadership and team development
