Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shared services, client support, or operational roles in a corporate payer-focused environment
- 3+ years of experience with issue resolution, system transitions, and cross-functional collaboration
- 3+ years of experience with enterprise systems and service delivery platforms
- 3+ years of experience handling escalations and providing timely resolutions
- 3+ years of experience tracking tasks and maintaining accuracy in client interactions
