Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Structuring and Origination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead origination, structuring, and negotiation of BESS tolling agreements and renewable PPAs in ERCOT, CAISO, and PJM
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Trading to align commercial strategy with market views and asset optimization
- Source and evaluate new counterparties, converting leads into executed long-term agreements
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 6+ years of experience in energy markets, specifically in origination, trading, or structuring in ERCOT, CAISO, or PJM
- Experience closing structured transactions such as BESS tolling agreements and renewable PPAs
- Deep knowledge of ISO/RTO market mechanics and capacity markets
- Strong commercial acumen aligned with company strategy
