Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Underwriting.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and assign underwriting exercises to ensure timely delivery of competitive pricing offers
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of underwriters for efficient risk evaluation
- Review pricing offers and risk profiles to align with company standards and risk tolerance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in the PBM industry with a focus on underwriting and pricing
- Proven experience in managing and leading high-performing teams
- Experience with SQL and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Tableau, Python, R, or SAS
