Senior Material Compliance Associate
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Material Compliance Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Material Compliance Approval (MAC) team and provide process guidance and issue resolution
- Manage MAC processes, office hours, prioritization, and ensure compliance throughout
- Collaborate with Commercial Directors and Brand teams on project initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Associate degree with 6 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a leadership or management role
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical commercialization process and related legal/regulatory guidelines
- Project management experience in regulated industries such as Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe products, and experience with Veeva PromoMats
