Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Medical Economics Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze ACO REACH and MSSP program performance, identifying opportunities for improvement in cost and quality metrics
- Develop and maintain financial models for cost and utilization forecasting while collaborating with actuarial teams
- Provide data-driven insights to support care management programs and enhance MSSP outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare economics, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of related healthcare experience, preferably in a managed care setting
- 5+ years of financial modeling experience
- Proficiency in SAS programming and working with healthcare datasets
- In-depth understanding of value-based care, ACO REACH, and MSSP regulations
