Senior Mission Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mission Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of mission designers in the creative and technical implementation of missions for a AAA FPS game
• Collaborate with the Narrative Team and Creative Director to develop engaging and memorable player stories
• Coordinate with other team leads and producers to ensure timely and high-quality content production

Qualifications:

• Experience with multiple shipped AAA titles, preferably using Unreal Engine
• Prior leadership or team management experience on a AAA project
• Experience in mission or narrative design within a shipped AAA project
• Familiarity with the Borderlands franchise and its core mission mechanics
• Strong understanding of modern AAA games and their narrative mechanics
