Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer 1 - Nuclear.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review modification packages for operating nuclear power plants
• Prepare and evaluate system and component performance specifications and engineering analyses
• Conduct vendor bid evaluations and studies for modifications to nuclear power plant systems

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the nuclear power industry
• Working knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations for mechanical engineering design in nuclear power plants
