Senior Patient Financial Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Patient Financial Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit and follow up on claims, review denials, and ensure timely payment processing
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patient billing inquiries and account resolutions
• Analyze explanations of benefits (EOBs), research discrepancies, and post payments accurately

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a medical billing office or related role
• Experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing and follow-up is preferred
• Knowledge of insurance processing, coordination of benefits, and medical terminology
• Familiarity with ICD-10 coding, Brightree, EPIC, OnBase, and Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving processes and payor guidelines
