Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll and Benefits Analyst to support payroll, benefits, and HRIS administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with multi-state payroll regulations
  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll and benefits inquiries, troubleshooting issues as needed
  • Process employee benefits enrollments and changes, coordinating with benefit plan carriers and regulatory agencies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
  • Experience managing payroll and benefits in a multi-state environment
  • Experience with a PEO, preferably ADP
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local wage and hour laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
