Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Payroll and Benefits Analyst to support payroll, benefits, and HRIS administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with multi-state payroll regulations
- Serve as the primary contact for payroll and benefits inquiries, troubleshooting issues as needed
- Process employee benefits enrollments and changes, coordinating with benefit plan carriers and regulatory agencies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Experience managing payroll and benefits in a multi-state environment
- Experience with a PEO, preferably ADP
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local wage and hour laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
