Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. People Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HRBP Director and COEs to enhance talent strategy and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Design and implement talent programs, analyze organizational needs, and coach leaders to foster a high-performing culture
  • Address employee concerns and conflicts while ensuring compliance with policies and labor regulations
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-4 years in a People Advisor or HR Business Partner role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations in the US and Canada
  • Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with MS Office and related HR software
  • Ability to handle complex situations with discretion and maintain confidentiality
