Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. People Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HRBP Director and COEs to enhance talent strategy and build relationships with stakeholders
- Design and implement talent programs, analyze organizational needs, and coach leaders to foster a high-performing culture
- Address employee concerns and conflicts while ensuring compliance with policies and labor regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-4 years in a People Advisor or HR Business Partner role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations in the US and Canada
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
- Demonstrated computer literacy with MS Office and related HR software
- Ability to handle complex situations with discretion and maintain confidentiality
