Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Purchasing & Facilities Specialist to join their Global Procurement Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the purchase order lifecycle for various procurement categories and ensure alignment with project goals and budgets
- Proactively source and assess suppliers while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring compliance with procurement policies
- Act as the first point of contact for facilities-related matters and manage facilities suppliers and activities within budget
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record in a similar procurement role with experience in buying goods and services
- Strong stakeholder management and effective supplier performance management skills
- Experience in senior-level contract negotiation and project management
- Deep understanding of procurement best practices and supplier relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
