Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Purchasing & Facilities Specialist to join their Global Procurement Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the purchase order lifecycle for various procurement categories and ensure alignment with project goals and budgets
  • Proactively source and assess suppliers while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring compliance with procurement policies
  • Act as the first point of contact for facilities-related matters and manage facilities suppliers and activities within budget
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in a similar procurement role with experience in buying goods and services
  • Strong stakeholder management and effective supplier performance management skills
  • Experience in senior-level contract negotiation and project management
  • Deep understanding of procurement best practices and supplier relationship management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
