Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design the product experience through journey maps, wireframes, and task flows
Partner with Product Managers to uncover user needs via design thinking and user testing
Plan and conduct user studies, collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product design, UX design, UX research, or related field
Empathetic understanding of user needs and desires
Portfolio showcasing contributions to multiple shipped products
Experience with SaaS-based initiatives
Technical knowledge of SQL and cloud database platforms
