Senior Product Manager, Localization

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Localization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the roadmap for machine translation and localization, balancing automation and human processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class multilingual experiences and manage a team of translation product managers
• Establish frameworks for testing translation quality and ensure compliance with localization standards

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in localization or machine translation
• Strong understanding of NLP, AI-driven translation models, and localization workflows
• Experience with high-quality machine translation tools such as DeepL, Lilt, or Smartling
• Proven ability to scale localization efforts in both B2C and B2B environments
• Deep knowledge of cultural sensitivities and internationalization best practices
