Senior Product Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Scientist to lead research and development in workplace assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical analyses to ensure the validity and reliability of pre-hire assessments and develop new assessments
• Create and update technical documents for internal and client use, including audit documentation and guides
• Collaborate with teams to drive the research agenda and provide insights through literature reviews, item writing, and validation studies

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in I/O psychology, organizational behavior, data science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in people analytics or HR software/technology
• Strong data analytic skills with expertise in R and psychometric analysis
• Knowledge of validity, reliability, and trends in I/O psychology
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
