Senior Production Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Production Designer, Design Studio (Packaging & Print).

Key Responsibilities

• Translate approved designs into production-ready dielines and manage mechanical file execution
• Oversee the creation of high-quality product renders and maintain a consistent render asset library
• Manage packaging photo production processes and support adaptive design needs for marketing teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in packaging design, production design, or print production
• Expertise in packaging mechanicals and print production workflows
• Strong color management skills, including Pantone matching and press-side approvals
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly for packaging and print applications
• Experience in high-volume production environments with tight deadlines
