Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to manage complex cross-functional projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop team members, conducting performance evaluations and coaching
- Lead large cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Build and distribute PMO reports, including status updates and Gantt charts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; PgMP or PMP certifications preferred
- Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
- Innovative mindset to develop new methods for achieving objectives
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Highly sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
