Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Quality Assurance Analyst to manage documentation projects and improve governance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage documentation projects from problem statement to closure
• Create cybersecurity program documentation following established frameworks and methodology
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience writing process documentation with a focus on content and graphics/layout
• 3+ years' experience with technical content creation and editing for various document types
• Experience with GRC and ITIL frameworks is preferred
• Ability to write about technical subjects for diverse audiences
• Strong office tool skillset
