Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quantitative Scientist (ML/NLP).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and leverage advances in natural language processing using pre-trained large language models for clinical data analysis
• Drive research on language modeling with a focus on scientific accuracy and explainability
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate clinical questions into data analytics requirements and provide mentorship to team members

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate in a quantitative discipline with 3+ years of experience or Master's with 5+ years of experience
• 5+ years of experience with messy data and analytical methodologies
• 3+ years of experience with machine learning model implementation and deployment
• Strong familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Pyspark, R, and SQL
• Familiarity with clinical datasets and coding systems like ICD, CPT, and RxNorm
