Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to develop and execute recruitment strategies for high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of full cycle technical and/or performance marketing recruiting experience
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for junior to executive-level positions
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels and tools
- Global hiring experience is a huge plus
