Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience with increasing complexity in searches
• Experience recruiting for diverse functions such as product management, business operations, and finance
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Successful track record in a high-velocity, output-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
