Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize scalable recruiting strategies for high-volume, non-exempt frontline teams
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and influence decision-making with data-driven insights
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth environments
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams in a recruitment context
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making and advanced data analysis
  • Proven experience building relationships with executives and senior leaders
  • Deep understanding of the recruiting tech stack, including ATS and sourcing tools
