Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth environments
- Experience leading and mentoring teams in a recruitment context
- Proficient in data-driven decision-making and advanced data analysis
- Proven experience building relationships with executives and senior leaders
- Deep understanding of the recruiting tech stack, including ATS and sourcing tools
