Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to educate customers about the company's offerings
- Negotiate renewal terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Assess customer health and manage renewal agreements while forecasting revenue risks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of renewals experience within a SaaS/Tech business
- 5+ years of customer management or sales experience in a software company
- Experience with Salesforce; familiarity with the company's software is a plus
- Strong commercial and technical aptitude for negotiations
- Experience navigating contracts and legal discussions with various stakeholders
