Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager Payer Accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize existing payer escalation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with the product team to automate workflows and identify problematic accounts
- Lead a team of analysts, fostering accountability and performance in revenue cycle operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/relevant experience
- 5-8 years of revenue cycle experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience with analytics tools such as PowerBI
- Proficiency in MS Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
