Key Responsibilities
- Sell solution services to clients in the Banking and Financial Services industry
- Develop new business clients and key relationships to identify opportunities
- Present to C-level executives, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT sales experience, with at least 3 years in the Banking and Financial Services industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals
- Experience in selling IT solutions and staffing services
- Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is a plus
- Strong customer relations and negotiation skills
