A company is looking for a Sr. Selection Research Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate psychometric properties and risks of selection tools to aid admissions processes
- Manage project timelines, compliance, budgets, and metrics for success as a project team lead
- Analyze and manage data from AAMC's data warehouse using complex statistical methods
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field; Doctoral degree preferred
- 1-4 years of work experience; 3-4 years preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of personnel selection, validation research, and psychometrics
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, SPSS, SAS, or R
- Experience managing large projects and complex business processes preferred
