Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer IV to lead projects and build features for their community and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and collaborate on various projects, working closely with Product Managers and Designers
Build, ship, and maintain highly-available and performant features
Mentor and be mentored by other engineers while participating in cross-squad initiatives

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, particularly in a SAAS environment
Experience developing applications with Ruby on Rails, Python, or other object-oriented languages
Proven ability to lead projects and drive new initiatives
Strong understanding of engineering processes and codebases
Interest or experience in generative AI, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, or GraphQL is preferred
