Key Responsibilities
- Lead medium scale projects and initiatives related to strategy, growth, and engagement
- Accountable for Strategy, Growth and Engagement metrics and measurements
- Design and activate strategies to address brokerage opportunities and challenges
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of strategy experience ideally in consulting
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically with consumer experience design thinking
- Strong business acumen skills, including comfort with financial metrics and KPIs
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team
