Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer-CCV.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze automated systems to solve complex business problems and resolve software/process issues
Document application specifications, ensure current documentation, and collaborate with business partners on system requirements
Provide direction and mentorship to team members while ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

BS degree in a STEM-related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology
4-5 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in Linux environments and Java frameworks
Experience with automation tools (Jenkins, Octopus) and scripting languages (VBScript, PowerShell)
Proficient in Agile and SCRUM methodologies, with a working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Experience with databases, data processing pipelines, and Oracle SQL preferred
