Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Survivability Analyst to mentor student interns and enhance defense capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor student interns in the Applied Research for the Intelligence and Security Community program
  • Collaborate with military stakeholders and academic partners to align analytical efforts with operational needs
  • Drive innovation in test methodologies and prepare high-quality technical reports for senior leaders
Required Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in ballistic testing or defense-related research
  • Demonstrated expertise in live fire testing and survivability modeling
  • Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes and test evaluation
  • Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior professionals
