Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to provide technical sales support and management for networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-sales engineering, including network design and technical training
- Develop territory account plans based on industry trends and business economics
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners, assisting in revenue generation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of pre-sales or equivalent experience with routing, switching, and Wi-Fi technologies
- Professional or associate level networking industry certification preferred
- Working knowledge of RUCKUS Networks wireless, wired, and software solutions
- Ability to support and manage troubleshooting processes for complex problems
