Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Information Systems Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance
- Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, and processes
- Ensure system security and respond to failures or performance issues
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of technology support experience
- 5+ years of experience in administration and implementation of collaboration tools
- Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and collaboration security frameworks
- 4+ years of experience building efficiency workflows
- Proficiency in using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Power Platform
